Music and creativity are important to all of us at Drummond Farms. Outside of the Highland dancing, drumming and piping, Dave has been involved in making music for many years. Today, Dave's musical endeavors are confined to writing and recording music in his home studio using VST instruments (Virtual Studio Instruments) via computer-based recording. Dave's work today has been influenced by hundreds of artists over the years...but perhaps most importantly...by friends he has collaborated with and performed with from his teenage years back in Michigan.
Dave is always open to virtual collaboration in working with other musicians and would certainly appreciate your checking out some of his music found on YouTube.
Slant Six Studios has evolved over the years, from being housed in spare bedrooms when the kids were small to areas of the basement in places we have lived. But no matter where it has been set up, it has been a creative refuge and blessing.
